Alicia leads Business Development for the firm’s rapidly growing global client base. A 20-year sales veteran, Alicia is a subject matter expert in sales enablement, sales transformation, and sales talent development. Prior to joining Holden Advisors, Alicia led Miller Heiman Group’s Global Consulting Practice, where she architected progressive sales performance strategies to impact near- and long-term business objectives. Alicia utilizes a variety of methods to assess a sales organization’s ability to deliver against its market promise, and recommends business-relevant solutions designed to inspire confidence and effectiveness across the sales function. Alicia holds a J.D. from Peninsula School of Law and a B.A. from Santa Clara University.
