
Job Title: Engagement Manager
Seeking experienced management consultant who can build relationships with senior level executives for Fortune 500 companies. We need a team leader to be responsible for driving consulting engagements to successful completion on time and within budget requirements. The manager will have primary responsibilities for developing plans to successfully deliver engagement deliverables, identifying resource requirements, providing direction for team members in executing project work, managing engagement budgets and reporting. They will also be required to effectively interact with client staff and provide mentoring to consultants. The position requires an ability to develop practical solutions to our clients’ competitive and marketing strategy needs and the capability to structure engagement activities to produce practical recommendations.
Requirements:

Masters in Business Administration

3-5 years of strategic management or marketing strategy consulting experience

3-5 years of project management experience proving a mastery of techniques to structure engagements that are completed on time and on budget

Proven understanding of core competitive and business-to-business marketing strategy principles

Demonstrated capabilities to lead engagement teams for long-term projects

Strong collaboration skills and a successful track record of developing consulting staff capabilities.
