Holden Advisors is seeking experienced consultants who are creative, driven, and passionate about making a difference with clients. Our consultants are subject matter experts in marketing, sales, and competitive strategy, pricing or product development, and highly experienced in working as part of a project team to improve client profitability and market position. The position includes extensive field work at client sites for interviewing, data analysis, and presenting findings to clients. Ideal candidates will possess analytical skills and expertise in working with spreadsheets and statistical methodologies. Typical deliverables include formulating market strategies, product lifecycle processes, value-based marketing strategies and selling approaches, concise ROI and business case tools and pricing strategies.

 

Requirements:

  • Masters in Business Administration
  • Content review of The Strategy and Tactics of Pricing, 3rd edition
  • Content review of Pricing with Confidence
  • Proven experience in dealing with various functions within organizations
  • Two to five years of experience in a management or marketing consulting
  • Work history that includes billable consulting or project-based functions
  • Demonstrated skill in hypothesis-driven problem solving
  • Ability to produce logical interpretation of data and write concise reports.
  • Project management experience with documented proof in developing analytical and work plans and meeting project deadlines budgets
  • Experience in developing and delivering presentations to all levels in client organization
  • Strong team building and collaboration skills
  • Experience in Microsoft Office and use of statistical packages such as SPSS
  • Ability to travel up to three to four days per week based on client demands
